Meet Attendance
Please let us know if your swimmer will be attending/ not attending each meet of the season. This allows us to make sure your swimmer is placed in a events to swim.
Here is how you declare your swimmer attending/Not attending:
Sign into SwimTopia
The Right Hand bar shows all events: choose meet to declare and select attending/not attending for each swimmer and "Save".
Please do this for each meet.
Declaration of attendance is so important! It's the only way we can run relays smoothly.
The swimmers can not be marked as not attending once the heat sheets have been set so if you have a last minute issue please email or call 281-610-0885 and let us know as soon as you can.
