Sponsorship Infomation
Thank you for considering making a financial contribution in support of the Spring Branch Stingray Swim Team for the 2025 swim season.
Our community swim team is made up of over 130 children between the ages of 4 and 18 from neighborhoods in the Spring Branch community. We compete in the Memorial Spring Branch Swim League, which includes 13 swim teams from the Memorial/Spring Branch area. Our goals are to teach kids how to become better swimmers, cultivate sportsmanship and hard work, and create a fun and competitive environment for all.
We rely heavily on donations from sponsors like you to help us cover our swim team expenses. The funds raised are used to help us defray the costs to host swim meets; pay league fees, coaching fees, and insurance; provide trophies for our deserving athletes; and celebrate successes with team gatherings.
Our families live, work and shop in the Spring Branch Area. Being a sponsor is a great way to be a partner in the community as well as to advertise your business. We do hope you will join us in supporting the Spring Branch Stingrays Swim Team. We kindly request the donation of any Auction Item Sponsorships by April 10.
We have 4 levels of sponsorship to choose from:
BLUE RIBBON - $600+ or non-monetary donation of equal value of a service, gift card, or merchandise. We will display your company logo prominently on the back of the Annual Swim Team T-shirt, on all of our social media platforms, team website, and on the large sponsor banner at the entrance to the pool. You will also have the opportunity to provide your own company banner to be displayed within the SORA pool grounds all year long.
RED RIBBON - $400-$599 or non-monetary donation of equal value of a service, gift card, or merchandise. We will display your company logo on the back of the Annual Swim Team T-shirt, on all of our social media platforms, team website, and on the large sponsor banner at the entrance to the pool.
WHITE RIBBON - $200-$399 or non-monetary donation of equal value of service, gift card, or merchandise. We will display your company logo on all of our social media platforms, team website, and on the large sponsor banner at the entrance to the pool.
YELLOW RIBBON - $100-$199 or non-monetary donation of service, gift card, or merchandise. We will display your company logo on the large sponsor banner at the entrance to the pool.
Please send your monetary donations by April 25, 2025. We will reach out to you to ensure your company logo appears correctly on all applicable materials.
