Dear Parents,

It is beautiful days to be at the pool and the end of the school year is in sight. I just wanted to pass along some upcoming information:

May 7th - 11th - Evening practice

May 12th - Morning practice with donuts

May 12th - 11-12pm - Breaststroke clinic (ages 6+)

May14th - 18th - Evening Practice

May 16th - PDQ spirit night. PQD is a big Stingray sponsor. Grab lunch or dinner, or both at PDQ, mention you are there for Stingrays and we get a % of sales. Office orders are excepted too.

May 19th - Time trials - Please have your child come to their age group swim time. If you can not make this day or your child's swim time please let us know at the pool or reply to this email so we can time them at a different date/time.

The children will be racing each other for their seed times for the first meet. We will be using the starting device so kids can get a feel for how to start.

May 19th - During Time Trial - Kate Glover will be holding a brief meeting to cover what to do with each meet volunteer job. Please come by if you have any questions and would like to know more about our volunteer jobs. This will be done though out all practice times.

May 20th - 5pm - Team and Individual photos - Team T shirt hand out. limited stock of swimsuits will be available to buy. Team photo will be taken at 5.30

HOUSEKEEPING: Please have your swimmer bring water to practice. It is hot outside, Please clean up after you and your swimmer, if you registered to pay by check please bring your check to the pool - put in mailbox or give to Vicki Stelmack.

NEED TO LOOK OUT FOR: Please declare your swimmer for each meet, via the website, We assume everyone will swim if not declared not there. If you do not know how to declare them please reply to this email. Concession donation list will be emailed out by May 28th, please bring the requested item to the pool the week of May 28th or to the meet June 4th - bringing to the meet is better as we do not need to store items.
