1) Arrive no later than 4:40 ; find your age group area and drop your kids; report to the volunteer director if you are working the meet ; warm ups start at 5:00 ; meet starts at 5:55

2) Parking - park in our lot until it is full, then go to the school lot next door ; DO NOT PARK IN SKY HIGH LOT

3) Heat sheets will be posted no later than 2:00 Monday ; review what your child is swimming and try to mark them for their age group ready bench parents (see attachment) ; print a heat sheet for yourself

4) Bring chairs for your kids to sit in their age group ; ground tarps, bug spray, water, towels, goggles ; it is important that your kids stay in their age group area during the meet

5) If you are working the meet as a deck staff official, report to the meeting by the scorers table at 5:40.

6) Remember to to exhibit good Sportsmanship at all times ; please do not make negative comments to any of the volunteer deck officials ; no alcohol is allowed on the grounds during a swim meet

7) Be prepared to help break down and clean up the grounds after the meet.

8) Above all, enjoy watching our team compete and have fun!
