Thursday night we will be visiting Wilchester.

Heat sheets will come out tomorrow. Half lappers will not travel to this away meet.

A few things to keep in mind:

1. Sportsmanship - the "Stingray Way"  ; let's make it happen
2. Alcohol Policy - MSBSC league rules have a "No Alcohol" policy at all swim meets 
3. Courtesy - remember we are visiting someone else's facility
4. Clean Up - please pick up everything before we leave

We are excited to host Spring Branch on Thursday at the Wilchester pool. In preparation for Thursday evening, we wanted to send you some details.

Directions and Parking:

Address: 880 Yorkchester. Parking is available at Wilchester Elementary and Westchester Academy in addition to parking along the street. Please advise your parents to pay attention to posted No Parking signs to avoid getting a ticket. We will have two reserved parking spots near the pool entrance for your head coach and league rep.

Spring Branch Set up:

Your team will set up in the same area as past seasons, the grassy area to the west of the diving board. If you need additional space, please feel free to use the area north of the baby pool. We recommend bringing tarps for your swimmers to sit on, there are some stickers in our grass this year.

Concessions:

We will be selling hot dogs, burgers and the usual concession stand fare of chips, candy, sodas, Gatorade, water, snow cones and ice cream. Bring cash!

5:40 Officials Meeting at the tent near southwest corner of pool

5:50 National Anthem

5:50 Half-Lappers swim

6:00 Meet starts!
